Pickled Mango Peeling Machine.

Mango is widely cultivated and processed, especially by pickling to extend the shelf life. However, the peeling process is labor-intensive and lacks an appropriate labor-saving machine. The fact that the Thai mango has unique, oval shapes is one of the obstacles to developing peeling machines. In response, the research team from the Faculty of Engineering at Kamphaengsaen, Kasetsart University, Kamphaengsaen Campus has designed a pickled mango peeling machine. The peeling efficiency of the machine is at a high percentage of 97.10%. The machine is capable of peeling pickled mangos for 72 kilograms per hour, while the percentage of loss is only 6.23%. Thus, the machine can effectively proceed with mango peeling and serve as a substitute for unskilled labor. For further information, please contact Assoc.
