Wolffia Crisp Rice
Crisp rice is a snack from the processing of multiple ingredients. Usually, meat is used as the main ingredient to enhance varieties of flavors and nutrition. Aiming to support the sustainable utilization of local resources, the Food Safety Innovation Establishment Department of Project, Faculty of Agriculture at Kamphaeng Saen, Kasetsart University has been imparting their knowledge of Wolffia processing. Wolffia, a small aquatic plant with high nutritional value, can be processed into healthy Wolffia crisp rice. Wolffia crisp rice is one of the processing options for cultivators that can add value and raise household income.
