Cassava Chips

Khao Hin Sorn Research Station has processed cassava chips by processing Cassava Pirun 2 which is low in cyanide, soft texture, tasty, and both edible and industrially used. This variety can make various kinds of Thai desserts, suit people with gluten allergies, and serve as another option to increase revenue for cassava farmers or interested people.
