KUKM-060 Cassava Leaves for animal feeds

KUKM-060 Cassava contains a low amount of cyanide. The dry cassava leaves contain high levels of proteins around 20-29% compared with using soybean meals. Most farmers farm cassavas to mainly harvest roots. Khao Hin Sorn Research Station , Agricultural Research and Technology Transfer Center, Chachoengsao Province support farmers with options to increase the gross output of cassavas by turning cassava leaves into animal feeds to replace expensive animal feeds.
