Cricket Crackers

Thap Kwang Research Center, Faculty of Agriculture, Kasetsart University turns crickets to be processed products to help farmers whose revenues were reduced by the COVID-19 pandemic effect since the cricket buyers couldn’t buy crickets to sell in markets due to the markets closed and the product budgets of cricket food increase cause cricket couldn’t be sold out. With those reasons, research teams decided to take crickets to process as cricket crackers to enhance sales opportunities and develop careers for locals.
