Sustainable Mussel Culture

Raft mussel culture is a cultured method substitutes Bouchout culture which the bamboo poles often get broken before harvest and bamboo scraps are either washed up onto the beach or left as stubs in the sea. Raft culture is the reuse of old materials, such as plastic buckets and nets, and its advantageous points are durable, long-lasting for many years, and able to harvest the desired size. Although there are small mussels, we can still continue culturing them by selecting only big mussels for sale. We invest only one year and get the payback.
