Currently, in Thailand, the demand for beef consumption tends to increase steadily in contrast to the declining number of beef cattle. In particular, the demand for high-quality beef has led to a continuous increase in beef imports and products from abroad. Prof. Dr. Suriya Sawanon and his research team have researched the production of high-quality beef from male dairy cattle as an alternative to cattle farmers. The production of male dairy cattle needs well-management to obtain quality beef. Male dairy beef has a tender texture with marble fat with tasty can satisfy all beef lovers as well.
