Trout is a fish that has similar characteristics to Salmon. It is expected to be farmed soon in Thailand. Currently, the Faculty of Fisheries, Kasetsart University is experimenting with raising trout in a closed system. Their fillets are tender and white. The tender feature is more distinctive than Salmon which is classified as the same type. Also, it is popular in the consumption market. If we can farm the trout, it will help decrease the import of trout quite well. For more information, please contact Ph, D.
