Kasetsart University Research Award 2018

Kasetsart University Research and Development Institute organized “Kasetsart University Research Award 2018 and Research Impact Award 2020” on October 27, 2020 at the Ruang Khao Grand Conference Hall, Vajiranusorn Building, Faculty of Agriculture, Kasetsart University.

The purpose of the award were to honor teachers and researchers and motivate researchers to produce quality research which can be published continuously in international publications. This is another strategy to promote an increase in the number of international researches published in journals listed in the international standard database. It is considered as the approach towards the goal of becoming the world’s leading research university.

The list of the awards are as follows:

1. Research Impact Award (Gold Level and Silver Level)

2. Young Researcher Award for young researchers with the highest number of international published research.

3. International Research Publications Award for researchers with the total publications of (Pi> = 6)

4. International Research Publications Award

In this event, there was a special lecture on topic “Strengthening the Economy and Society with Knowledge and Innovation” by Dr. Kitti Sajjawattana, the Director of the Program Management Unit on Area Based Development, Office of National Higher Education Science Research and Innovation Policy Council.

Also, there was a seminar on topic “How to Do Research, Initiate Innovation, and Create Impact on Society” by Assoc. Prof. ​Dr. Apichart Vanavichit, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Skorn Koonawootrittriron and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nathdanai Harnkarnsujarit, the discussion was hosted by Assoc. Arinthip Thamchaipenet.
